Rampnalysis Limited

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Rampnalysis Limited ("Rampnalysis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. Definitions

1.1 "Services" refers to the services provided by Rampnalysis, including but not limited to allowing end-users to access our website, widget, and API to interact and transact with various third parties that offer fiat-to-cryptocurrency conversion services ("Fiat Gateways").

1.2 "End-Users" refers to individuals who access and use our Services.

  1. Use of Services

2.1 Rampnalysis provides technical infrastructure to facilitate the interaction and transaction between end-users and third-party Fiat Gateways. Our Services solely aim to connect supply and demand for fiat-to-crypto conversion services and do not involve the sale or conversion of cryptocurrencies. We do not act as a Fiat Gateway ourselves, and we are not a party to any transactions between end-users and third-party Fiat Gateways. Rampnalysis does not hold custody of end-user funds at any stage.

2.2 We do not provide customer support for transactions between end-users and Fiat Gateways, including but not limited to support regarding identification procedures, transaction monitoring (Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering procedures), cancellations, refunds, and transaction limits. Any agreements, terms, and conditions applicable to transactions between end-users and third-party Fiat Gateways are governed by the relevant agreements in place between end-users and those Fiat Gateways.

2.3 In order to provide and optimize our Services, we may process a limited amount of user data as governed by Rampnalysis' privacy policy. Any other personal data inputted by users and processed in relation to transactions between end-users and third-party Fiat Gateways is subject to the privacy policies of those Fiat Gateways. End-users are required to accept the privacy policies and terms and conditions of the respective Fiat Gateways when engaging in such transactions.

  1. Intellectual Property

3.1 All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, belong to Rampnalysis or its licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any intellectual property without obtaining our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Rampnalysis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Seychelles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Seychelles.

  1. Amendments

6.1 Rampnalysis reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
